Group Classes
Easy, Solid Learning by Building on Levels
Our "Levels" obedience training is a group program of unlimited training during the period you are enrolled. With this class, you and your dog progress at your own pace, and the dog learns the behaviors in such a way that they become extremely strong and dependable in all situations.
In levels, you pay $200.00 for six weeks.
Ongoing concurrent signups get a $150.00 for the next six weeks.
If you stick with it, and master all seven levels of training, you will have a dog who is ready to go on to really important, obedience, agility, search, or wherever you two plan to be.
Some of our classes are offered multiple times a week. You are invited to attend as many of those classes each week as you wish. You sign in on our log sheet when you come, and we count the total number of weeks you showed up as your six weeks.

What to expect:
- LEVEL 1: Level 1 will introduce the basic commands sit, down, leaving something alone, come, stationary attention, and the name game. The dog will be tested in these behaviors to a certain rather soft criteria before advancing to Level 2.
- LEVEL 2: In this level, we strengthen the beginning behaviors, and start adding distance, plus the new behaviors of stay, crate, handling, stand, leash walking, watch and you figure out a trick to teach. A test will be administered to advance to Level 3 for each of the behaviors.
- LEVEL 3: In this level, we will be working on 22 behaviors, eight of which will be optional, you can train them or not as you wish, with your plans for the future. As in the other levels, you will qualify in each trained behavior at this level before advancing work on the specific behaviors. However, at this level, you can now start advancing by behaviors passed, while working on trained behaviors that need strengthened at this level.
- LEVEL 4: Level four is again about strengthening already learned behaviors, making them more stable and reliable in new situations. There will be 23 issues, with seven optional behaviors at this level. One of the issues is the test on Level two behaviors at some location to be determined by the instructor.
- LEVEL 5: We now will be working on 26 behaviors, 10 of which will be optional, we also require the dog pass the Level three test again at a location determined by the instructor.
- LEVEL 6: We will be working with 25 behaviors, 14 of which will be optional, Level 4 test will be administered at a location selected by the instructor.
- LEVEL 7: Now we finish with 23 behaviors, 13 of which are optional, and Level 5 test passed at a location selected by the instructor.
