Skin Issues

Hot Spots

  • 2 aspirin tablets
  • 1 Tablespoon Rubbing Alcohol
  • 1 Cup warm tea (made with a fresh black tea)
When the mixture is cool, use a cotton ball to apply to the entire area and let air dry.

Hot Spots

Apple Cider Vinegar - Taken internally
50# dog 1 Tablespoon 2 times a day
25# dog 1 1/2 Teaspoons 2 times a day
andSpray directly on the hot spotIf the skin has eruptions on it, dilute the vinegar by half and spry or dab on the hot spot

Minor Flea Infestations

Mix ACV - Apple Cider Vinegar
with equal part warm water
use as final rinse after bath
ACV normalizes the pH levels of the skin, which will naturally repel bacteria

FLEAS ARE KILLED BY SOAPY WATER

News Flash!ACV - Apple Cider Vinegar

ACV helps maintain the acid/alkaline balance of the digestive tract.
Balance is between 6.2 - 6.5, on a pH test strip
If the test strip shows 7.5 or lower, the diet is too acidic, and adding ACV will bring back balance.

Itchy Feet

Dissolve Epsom salts in cool water.Stand dog in the water for 5-10 minutesDO NOT LET THE DOG DRINK THE WATER or...you will have a physiced dog.  ;>)

Ear Cleaning

AFter bath, use a couple of drops of ACV in the cleaned ears to avoid infections.
