You never know! Just out of the blue Debbie called and said she had tried to adopt a found dog, but discovered that it had been micro-chipped. Great for that dog, the family was eventually found and the dog returned. Luckier for our Spike, this reminded Debbie that she had met Spike several times in the past, so she called to see if he was still available. Spike was here, he had come back to us due to a divorce. Wonder if people boot the kids too? Anyway, best of best and all things are for the best right? Spike now lives with Debbie & Dick. First night, Dick moved over in his bed and in hopped Spike. With these people and Spikes new pack of Quincy, Gus & Cleo this time it will be happily ever after for this very deserving little guy. Oh, and even better, Spike will be receiving a new name to go along with his new family, so everything is extra special swell!

We are so very glad to announce that our Spike has found his forever home with a young many who wants a companion.
Spike will be going most places with his new family, and living in a house which is the most important part to us. Spike has been with GreenePets since 2006, when he was brought to us as a young dog. Spike had been abandoned on Viking Mountain, and the people who brought him to us witnessed a deer hunter shoot Spike in the neck. A horrendous thing to do to any animal, but especially to such a loving an adorable dog as Spike. |

DukeDuke has been the reason for the season all along. In 1992, we rescued a darling puppy from a barn situation who grew up to be the greatest trial and love of our lives. |
