Pets are charged for arrival day regardless of time checked in.
Pets are charged for departure day only if picked up after 5:00 p.m.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Peak period cancellations not made at least 72 hours prior to scheduled arrival will be charged for 1 day board.
RATES FOR CATS, PER DAY
Cats board in our Luxuary Condos at $11.00 per day
DOG RATE SCHEDULE
Our Club rates for dogs are structured by the actual breed and size of the dog. Estimates given over the phone may be adjusted at check-in for the first stay.
MEDICATION ADMINISTRATION
- All Meds $ .50
- Insulin Injection $ .50
These charges are by the administration; no extra charge for multiple meds at the same time. Vitamins and Heartworm prevention are administered free of charge.
FEMALES IN HEAT and FULL MALES
- Females in heat add $1.00
- Full Males add $1.00
We do not accept “attitudinally challenged” dogs or cats.

4:00 p.m. -5:00 p.m.
Guests checking out after hours by appointment will be charged a $30.00 after hour checkout fee. This fee is paid directly to the staff member who has had to be at the kennel for this special hour checkout.
